Soulja Boy is preparing to shoot the video for his “Turn My Swag On” remix, featuring Keri Hilson and Lil Wayne.

 
“The ‘Turn My Swag On’ official remix is gonna take me to that next level in my career,” Soulja Boy said in an interview with MTV last week. “Once ‘Swag’ catches on, like ‘Kiss Me Thru the Phone,’ its over,” said the teen rapper.
 
While many people believed that the young rapper was a one-hit wonder with Crank that, he is proving to be quite the hit maker. His latest single, “Kiss Me Thru The Phone,” has climbed to number 4 on the Bill Board “Hot 100” chart, while “Turn My Swag On” has been blazing radio stations in Atlanta and other cities throughout the south.
 
The song, which was released as a “street single,” has seen countless un-official remixes as it made its way through the mix tape circuit. Rappers such as Slim Thug and Young Jeezy [listen here] have released their own versions of the song, while Maino, Jadakiss and Fabolous put down verses for their own un-official mega remix [listen here].
 
“This song is so worldwide, but I guess it’s in disguise, because it came out as a street single. It’s gonna be turned into something so much bigger. Believe it or not, everybody in the world wakes up and turns their swag on, whether they know it or not,” Soulja Boy stated.
 
“Turn My Swag On” is currently sitting at number 46 on the “Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay” charts, according to Billboard.
 
Soulja Boy is currently preparing for a summer tour called the “Turn My Swag On Tour.”
