Just eight days after being released from jail, DMX has reportedly plead guilty for attempted assault charges and accepted a plea deal.

 
The charges stem from an incident where DMX verbally threatened gaurds at the Tent City, Arizona jail where he was serving time for other criminal charges.
 
Joe Arpaio says that DMX got upset after being told he could not have a meal he took from a serving tray and then proceeded to throw the tray at an officer. DMX is due back in court on Monday (June 8th) for sentencing in the matter.
