New track from Pimp C called “What Up” ft. Drake & Bun B. For those wondering, this verse was previously on a prematurely leaked track of Pimp C featuring T-Pain. I’d personally have to say this sounds more like a Drake track and NOT a Pimp C track, but maybe i’m trippin. The Naked Soul Of Sweet Jones in stores October 5th.

Yeah… This definitely isn’t no Pimp C shit, but it’s not a bad track. I don’t think it belongs on his album though. It’s the mans last album so it needs to be the ppl he was fuckin with before he died like Slim Thug, Boosie, Vicous and of course Bun. Maybe some Trae & Z-Ro and call it a day.
U want feedback, this track is HOT…. A HOT MESS. boi-1da over-rated, drake too soft, pimps vocals don’t match the beat… It just sounded like this was pieced together over night. only positive thing is Bun completely rips the track. I hope the rest of the album has pimp c production or production by cory mo, steve below, dj bdo, etc… I’m gonna still cop the album regardless, but I hope the album doesn’t follow this tone.
I’m not feeling this joint at all. I guess it’s okay, but it’s definitely not something that should be on The Naked Soul. And yeah, it sounds more like an Aubrey track with a tacked on Pimp verse, especially given the Boi-1da production.

Boys gotta realize that Rap-A-Lot a independent label and the game aint how it used to be. Bun sold like 40,000 first week,PPl Like Juvenile, Fat Joe, Dru Hill and Kieth Sweat all sold millions album in the pass, easily passing up Buns career sales. But now them niggas barely broke 12,000 in the first week. I know the song different from the normal, but its on HERE for a reason. We know that country classic Pimp gon be the Album.
