Not only does Wayne sit high and mighty atop the throne of “best rapper alive,” apparently he also claims the throne of the most well-treated inmate at Rikers Island prison.

In a recent report released by the New York Post, it is stated that Captain Latanya Brown is under investigation for “special treatment,“ by allowing Wayne to stay in his cell while the other inmates are forced to the yard, as well as providing him with excess attention. However, this is not the first time the rapper has been bombarded with attention by a Rikers employee, as it has previously reported that a guard was fired during April for spying on Wayne.
