Flo Rida got a sweet deal from prosecutors for his DUI case, reports TMZ.

The Florida rapper was busted in Miami Beach back in June on suspicion of DUI while driving his million-dollar Bugatti car. At the time, police officers said Flo’s blood alcohol level was .185, which is more than twice the legal limit.

But an attorney for Flo Rida, born Tramar Dillard, attended court for him Monday (December 12) and got the judge to send Flo to a first-time offenders program instead of jail. The program, called “Back on Track,” requires for Flo Rida to complete a couple of things, like substance abuse classes, counseling, community service and drug testing. And, if Flo completes all of the requirements, prosecutors will know the DUI charge down to the lesser charge of reckless driving.
