Chris Brown and Rihanna won’t be arriving to the 54th Annual Grammy Awards as a couple to the disappointment of fans wishing to see the two rekindle their romance. The 22-year-old ‘Fortune’ creator had his rep clarify rumors that the former couple were once again dating, after they were spotted leaving the same nightclub in Hollywood Sunday night (Jan. 22)

A rep for the ‘Look At Me Now’ singer told TMZ that he and the Bajan songstress were not back together. Though they appeared at Greystone Manor club in Hollywood, Calif., Sunday, the two left separately. That did little to quell rumors that they were secretly seeing each other.

However, the rep insists Brown was hanging out with his new girlfriend Karrueche Tran, who was at the club as well. He recently made headlines for inking a photo of her face on his left arm.

Chris Brown and Rihanna are just friends, according to the rep. Both entertainers are set to appear at the 54th Annual Grammy Awards, airing live from the Staples Center in L.A., on Feb. 12 at 8PM. Brown is up for three nominations for ‘Look at Me Now’ and his ‘F.A.M.E.’ album while Rihanna is up for one for her ‘Loud’ LP.
