Game Ordered To Pay $5 Million To Police
Greensboro police officers are not to be played with. Remember the clip above? Back in 2005, Game was arrested at a North Carolina mall after Game was asked to leave the premises for wearing a Halloween mask and cursing loud in the mall. Game was eventually arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, but unfortunately for Game, he decided to release the footage of the incident on a DVD, which the officers felt was a defamation of character and later filed a suit against the Compton rapper. A Greensboro judge agreed and has now ordered Game to cough up $5 million, $1 million to each officer involved and shown on the DVD, with $10 million in punitive damages still pending against the rapper.
