Gucci Mane reportedly lost a lawsuit against a Georgia jewelry company earlier this year, who claims he bailed on paying for $270,000 in diamond jewelry.

According to TMZ, Henry County-based A&A Diamonds filed the suit against the 32-year-old rapper (real name: Radric Davis), claiming they loaned him a $130,000 diamond pinky ring, and a diamond necklace and bracelet worth $110,000.

Gucci was given a 15-day time frame to either return the jewelry or pay for them, but he did neither. They say he paid them just $40,000 … and failed to pay up the rest.

A&A eventually sued for a total of $274,523.34 — the $200,000 jewelry balance, plus interest and attorneys’ fees.

During their day in court, Gucci never showed, so a default judgment was entered against the rapper in April.

A lien was then placed on the rapper’s property, but he’s yet to respond to the action.
