Why The Lonestar’s Ron Paul Is America’s Lone REAL Candidate

Written by: @TrillNadiaTx
America’s King-makers want to ram Mitt Romney down the throats of the Republican voters. He is their hand-picked alternative to Barack Obama. Never mind that Romney has no grassroots support — that this Ken doll has spent most of this seemingly endless primary speechifying to mostly empty football stadiums. They are determined to anoint him. They might as well re-elect Obama!
Only that won’t do. The truth of the matter is that Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are two faces of the same false coin. What do you want? A donut or a Twinkie? A Tweedle-Dee or a Tweedle-Dum? Not much of a choice. A vote for either of them is a vote for status-quo. Unfortunately, this happens to be your very last chance to actually change the status-quo. When you only have one bullet in your gun, and only one shot at keeping yourself alive, what would you do? (In this case America’s soul is at stake.) You must take care to hit the target. Missing the target is not an option. Folks, Ron Paul is your only chance, your only real hope at changing America’s thoroughly compromised and profoundly corrupted electoral system. You’ll not have this option in 2016! It is time to wake up and smell the gun powder. This ain’t a game, and even if it is, you can’t afford to lose it.
As a perceptive supporter of Ron Paul so aptly describes it, “Ron Paul is the only clean ship in a sea of corruption.”
First of all you need to understand why the GOP establishment is so eager to make believe that Ron Paul, despite his broad appeal, his large crowds, and his competitive fundraising, is not their front runner. Why all the powers to be, the GOP head honchos, the corporate media, the military industrial complex, etc. are so opposed to this decent and honest Texan? It is because they do not want us, we the people, to have a real option. They rightly view Paul as their enemy. Paul poses a threat to the vested interests, because the establishments interests are at odds with the interest of the American people.
- It is not in the American peoples best interest that their country invades a different country every other year. And that it has been in a state of continuous, endless war, since the turn of the century.
- It is not in the American peoples best interest that their rulers are deliberately antagonizing large swathes of the world population by perpetually bombing and terrorizing them with our expensive and ultra sophisticated weapons — all in the name of “democracy and liberty,” or some such bunk.
- It is not in the American peoples best interest that their rulers should be squandering their blood and treasure for their misadventures in far off lands.
- It is not in the best interest of the American people that their rulers constantly find excuses to impose punitive sanctions on the countries which refuse to do corporate America’s bidding. Ron Paul has repeatedly said that sanctions are an act of War.
For a long time, American rulers have been following disastrous foreign and fiscal policies to the detriment of the ordinary Americans. After each election, the newly minted stooges go to D.C. merely to serve their corporate masters, who also happen to be their puppet masters.
Ron Paul is the only politician who has steadfastly refused to sell his soul to the corporate king makers of this country. He’s the only candidate with the backbone and courage to speak truth to the power, “We do not want to keep on sending our kids to hither, dither, and yonder,” he said while addressing an enthusiastic crowd of his supporters. Those are simple, straight forward words, but not the kind one is likely to hear from the mouths of our legions of sold out, mealy mouthed political stooges.
Ron has been our lone ranger, our long distance runner, and our knight in shining armor. He has struggled long and hard to rescue our electoral system from the clutches of America’s all mighty military industrial complex. It is about time for us to recognize and reward the unassuming heroism of this good, brave man by supporting him and voting for him.

I love you. You put my thoughts to words. I pray they all wake up!
Nothing says revolution like old white Republicans. If I can think of any oppressed, marginalized groups in the history of the U.S., it’s people like Ron Paul. Sure, people just like him have been every single president up till now, but that doesn’t mean they don’t deserve another chance. Maybe this time they won’t fuck everything up like their predecessor.
So, because Ron Paul is an old white man, he is not good? Perhaps you should read something about Ron Paul before trying to generalize him with the rest of the Republicans… He is clearly different on A LOT of major policies and leans more libertarian than republican… He is definitely a conservative and not liberal, but the Republican party has lost its way over the last several years… due in large to an 8 year Presidency of George W. Bush. The party was hi-jacked by neo-con, war mongering liberals….. Ron Paul and his supporters are infilitrating the party in droves this year at all of the local and state levels and we will make an impact on the national level too. There is a reason why his supporters are so passionate and why a lot of them are so YOUNG. Most of the older people haven’t “woken up” yet, and are clearly ready to settle for another “establishment” candidate like Mitt Romney…. though there is a growing number of older people being speckled here and there into our crowds. He is a REAL people’s choice with real grass-roots… Not this astro-turf, corporate media backed puppet…. and he’s got 30years of consistency to prove he’s not just trying to buy your vote with lies. Think of this movement as a Republican revitalization… A restoration and IMPROVEMENT of the party… something that American’s haven’t seen before from the Republicans. Conservative fiscally and with foreign policy (not policing the world), but MUCH more tolerant on social issues (marriage, etc).
Republicans were hijacked by liberals? Oh sweet baby Jesus, I know you’re smoking something fierce.
You have to know Ron Paul is against gay marriage and abortion. Shit son, I know you’re mad conservative (sorry, Libertarian ©), but god damn, do you really believe the things you write? Show me the legislation he has authored that has changed the United States for the better? You don’t give a crap about other candidates outside the two party system, you only support Ron Paul under the guise of being enlightened in a chaotic world.
