In a recent interview with Complex Magazine, Nas revealed that his attitude to women has changed over the years.

Nas claimed that he was once won over entirely by a woman’s physical appearance. However, his reaction to aesthetics has become more nuanced of late.

“I’m taken aback by the beauty of women,” the veteran rapper said. “There was a time when I only saw big breasts and thick asses. Now, I see the beauty in the subtleties. Those are even better than the tits and ass. The aesthetics have changed for me. No disrespect to women when I say bad b*tch, but my definition of a bad b*tch is not always the video vixens. A bad b*tch can be a younger woman, in her early 20s, but wise beyond her years. It could be a woman in her late 30s, who’s cool as h*ll, smart, and has great motherly qualities–or has great motivational skills, or is a powerful mover and shaker in her own career.”

The changes have come about for Nas since his divorce from R&B singer, Kelis, in 2010. Not much was revealed about Nas’ current romantic status, but he can be seen in Nicki Minaj’s most recent audio-visual drop, Right By My Side, posing as Minaj’s boyfriend, and sharing some intimate moments with the rapstress.
