Twista has toyed with the possibility of making an effort to reclaim his Guinness World Record as the world’s fastest rapper.

ThisIs50.com’s Young Jack Thrilla interviewed the fast-spitting MC recently about his forthcoming album, The Dark Horse. Twista touched on the possibility of signing to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. music label, before discussing his views on another world record attempt.

Twista earned the Guinness World Record as the world’s fastest rapper in 1992. The Chicago rapper explained that he had no current intentions of reclaiming the title. However, he claimed that he would certainly reconsider, should fans demand that he make another attempt, two decades on from winning the original accolade.

“I had my little run with it [with the Guinness World Records, it’s cool,” he said. “If I want to mess around with it, if I’m just chilling around, I’ll show people what I can do because people don’t realize there’s only so fast you can go. I’ve been studying that whole science for a minute, so if people want me to get back into it, I’ll do it.”
