A$AP Rocky Pleads Not Guilty In Photographer Brawl Arrest
Following an arrest last week, rapper A$AP Rocky has pleaded not guilty, insisting he didn’t try to rob two photogs who snapped pics of him in NYC.
Law enforcement sources said the Harlem rapper (real name: Rakim Mayers) got involved with a verbal dispute with someone in downtown Manhattan, and two other men started snapping photos of the incident, which he didn’t like. They approached the amateur photogs … and a full-fledged fight erupted. The victims suffered cuts and bruises, and one required treatment at a hospital.
A$AP would later be arrested, but was booked on an attempted robbery charge.
According to TMZ.com, A$AP and his first A$AP Bigga Bar$ both pleaded not guilty in court on Friday (July 20), and are both due in court on Wednesday (July 25).
