A video has been released that accuses the U.S. Government & BP of manufacturing the Oil spill (hoax) and that the over all goal is to disperse toxins that will kill off populations, mostly black, from the Gulf Coast of the United States. We know this sounds like a far fetched conspiracy theory, but we all need to keep our minds open from time to time.
