Producer Of Pusha T’s “Exodus 23:1″ Speaks On The Song
Although Pusha’s “Exodus 23:1″ track ruffled Wayne’s feathers enough for him to send out a diss Tweet followed by a diss track, Rico Beats, the man who crafted the beat for Pusha, says that Wayne’s name never came up during the session:
“Honestly, when we were in the room listening to that record, I didn’t hear none of these guys’ names brought up. It was none of that. Dream got in his zone and he went in the booth. Pusha got his pen, like I didn’t hear nobody mentioned.”
Pusha T has yet to respond to Wayne, but if he does, it may be over a Rico Beats track as he is slated to produce half of Pusha’s solo album.
