Man Dies In A Cooler At Taco Bell In Spokane, Washington

Police say A man was found dead inside a walk-in cooler at Taco Bell in Spokane, Washington. The cause of death is pending autopsy results but there were no signs of violence & it did not appear that he died as a result of exposure in the cooler.
